The Project

Our clients were looking to give their home a big upgrade. While still maintaining some key features that really give this home a unique look.
Aside from the flooring in the entrance foyer leading to the sunken-down living room and chimney, every other part of this home was completely gutted during the demo. Which included about 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This included framing, sheetrock, insulation, plumbing, and electricity.

The open concept kitchen was given a complete makeover. Including new countertops and cabinetry and beautiful open shelving for extra storage.

The dropdown living area in front of the chimney was kept intact for the most part. However, a new custom-built couch was added with vibrant green cushions for ultimate comfort. The second-story arched window will bring in all the natural light needed to make this area the centerpiece of entertainment in the home.

Throughout the home, there was custom-built shelving and cabinetry, along with a couple of desks for work at home.
On the exterior, the roof was given the acrylab treatment and then solar panels were added. Along with that new cedar shingles were added to the mansard and the entire house resided with a fresh coat of paint.

The Pool House

Along with the home remodel, a pool house was built from the ground up. A pergola attached to the front of the pool house was added to provide some shade on those beautiful summer days. There is a private dressing area off the side of the pool house for quick in and out changing of swimwear. The inground pool is surrounded by wonderful UNILOCK tiles which lead to the patio and pool house, providing a nice area to lounge around the pool. Below you can see the full process of building the inground pool, from digging to paving, to filling the pool.

To complete this beautiful landscape a fenced-off garden was added. Along with a basketball court for the kids to have some fun on the weekends and in the summer.

The Garage

A 2-car garage was also built in the front of the property.  The garage was siding that matches the Main house and pool house, completing the entire landscape. Fixtured with beautiful overhead lamps for extra lighting, this garage goes great with the rest of the property.

“We knew our house would require a crew highly experienced in thinking outside the box in order to accomplish our goals, as nothing in the construction of our house is similar to today’s construction… We were very pleased with all their crews professionalism and honest, work ethic. We’ve now started a big project with them and feel confident they will create our vision for our house. It’s a pleasure working with them.”
